MONTRIX Poultry Meal
MONTRIX Protein powder is produced from poultry slaughter waste, which includes the intestines, head, legs, feathers, blood, and carcasses. These wastes are processed using the latest methods to complete sterilization processes under pressure of up to 3 bar and temperatures of up to 150 degrees Celsius, which does not allow for the presence of any live organisms or remaining microbes. This is followed by hydrolysis processes that break down complex, indigestible protein compounds (keratin) into simpler proteins that can be digested. Then, cooking, drying, and squeezing processes are carried out to extract excess amounts of fat and moisture.
